THE OUTLAW COLLECTION
Ten black-and-white paintings dedicated to Willie Nelson and musicians connected to the outlaw music world.
Flynn painted the collection in black and white because when you live life as an outlaw, things can get pretty black and white. You’re free or you’re locked up. Rich or broke. Dead or alive.
The collection started with Willie Nelson and grew into the musicians, characters and stories around that world. Different people, different lives, but all with something in common — they did things their own way.

ABOUT
Flynn has been drawing and painting for as long as he can remember.
He got into spray paint through graffiti when he was younger. It became another way of working — faster, less controlled and with its own character.
His work has never been tied to one way of doing things. He uses spray paint, acrylic and whatever makes sense for the work.
For years, colour played a big part in his paintings. With The Outlaw Collection, he stripped it all away and worked entirely in black and white.
